This site is devoted to that rare insect, the Shadfly. We hope to feature information on the insect, various fun 'Shadfly' features, and details of how you too can enjoy the wonders of the Shadfly (the most bitter sweet insect that exists). However, we are not insect experts (just lovers of the little critter). Therefore, any information you find here is not necessarily scientific.
